1. General Information
This website is operated by Thomas Harris Photography (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
All photographic prints are produced and fulfilled by our professional printing partner, theprintspace, using high-quality Fuji C-Type paper.
By ordering from this site, you agree to these terms as well as theprintspace’s fulfilment and shipping policies.
2. Product Information
- Prints are available in A4 and A5 sizes.
- All prints are open edition and unframed unless otherwise stated.
- Colours and tones may vary slightly from what is displayed on-screen due to monitor calibration differences.
- Each print is produced to order and inspected for quality before dispatch.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on this website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken securely at the time of purchase through the available checkout methods (e.g. card, Google Pay, Apple Pay).
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
4. Shipping
- Prints are fulfilled and shipped by theprintspace on our behalf.
- Shipping is available within the United Kingdom only.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days, but delivery times may vary depending on location and workload.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
5. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
All prints are made to order, and we do not accept refunds under any circumstances.
However, if your print arrives damaged, a replacement may be issued subject to verification.
If you receive a damaged item:
- Please contact us via our contact form at thomasharrisphotography.co.uk/contact within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include photographs clearly showing the damage and your order details.
- Once the damage has been assessed and approved, a replacement print will be sent to you free of charge.
- We may request that the damaged print be returned before a replacement is issued. Any return shipping costs in this case will be covered by us.
Refunds are not provided, except in rare cases where a replacement cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
We do not issue refunds for change of mind, colour variation, or minor differences between screen and print appearance.
6. Copyright and Image Usage
All images, artwork, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Thomas Harris Photography and are protected by UK and international copyright laws.
By purchasing a print, you are acquiring a physical copy for personal display only.
You do not obtain any rights to reproduce, distribute, scan, copy, or use the images for commercial or promotional purposes.
Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of the images is strictly prohibited.
7. Order Cancellations
Because prints are made to order, cancellations can only be accepted before printing has commenced.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form at thomasharrisphotography.co.uk/contact.
Once printing or shipping has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
8. Liability
While we take every care to ensure your print arrives in perfect condition, Thomas Harris Photography is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control, or
- Any indirect or consequential loss arising from your purchase.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is handled securely and used solely for order processing and communication related to your purchase.
We do not share or sell customer data.
